This Cookie Policy explains how Kiiwis (operated by Zaldana Services LLC) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit Kiiwis.com or use the Kiiwis dashboard. By using our platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described in this policy.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow websites to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time, so you don't have to keep re-entering them whenever you visit or navigate between pages.

3. What We Don't Use

Kiiwis does not use:

No advertising cookies. We do not track you across other websites and we do not share your browsing data with advertisers. The only third-party technology that sets storage on your device is Supabase, our authentication and database provider, which is used solely to keep you logged in securely.

4. Supabase & Third-Party Storage

Kiiwis uses Supabase (supabase.com) for authentication and database services. When you log in, Supabase stores session tokens in your browser's local storage and cookies. This is strictly necessary for authentication and is governed by Supabase's own privacy and data processing policies. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement.

5. How to Control Cookies

You can control and manage cookies in several ways:

Browser Settings

All major browsers allow you to view, block, and delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to the Kiiwis dashboard.

Opt-Out of Analytics

To opt out of our first-party analytics, email info@kiiwis.com with subject "Opt-out analytics".

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Kiiwis currently does not respond to DNT signals, as there is no industry standard for DNT compliance. However, we do not engage in cross-site behavioral tracking regardless of DNT signals.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the technologies we use. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date and notifying Business Owners by email.
